You’ll have an onboarding call with your Account Manager, and all communication will go through a shared Google Chat with your designer and Account Manager, where we’re available Monday through Friday.
You’ll also have monthly strategy calls with your Account Manager to track metrics, film content for the next month, and map out your content game plan for the month ahead.
Once approved we film, edit, and schedule. You approve posts before they go live. We always stay one week ahead.
